The following measures are in place for the reassurance and safety of our staff and patients:

• All patients are sent pre appointment information and screening questionnaire to complete

• Staff and patients are required to wear an appropriate face covering for some appointments, and you will be advised in advance if this is the case.

• Hand sanitiser is available at reception and in all consulting rooms

• Waiting areas have been redesigned to allow the 2 metre distance

• Visitors to the clinic will be limited to ensure social distancing

• Telephone/video consultations are encouraged to minimise the time you need to be at our clinic

• Our staff are regularly updated and trained on the latest government guidelines and procedures.

• Additional daily cleaning and sanitising protocols are in place to minimise the risk of infection.

We continue to follow the guidance provided by the Government, regulatory and professional bodies and will be updating our procedures as necessary.

Note: Some additional precautions have now been relaxed W.E.F April 2022 in line with Government guidelines and normal cleaning protocols will apply.  However, WMC will continue to regularly review the situation regarding the Covid 19, and other risks, and update our protocols accordingly.
